I went to Picton to cowl it up. First cruise ship to return to Marlborough – ‘Ovation of the Seas’ – Within the two and a half years for the reason that outbreak of Covid-19.
After taking photos and video of the ship sitting on the pier and other people trying on the ship from a viewing space, I used to be intrigued by the structure of the a whole bunch of cabins and zoomed in with a 100-400mm lens.

The primary cruise ship to return to Picton was the 5,000-passenger Ovation of the Seas.
I noticed a small patch of colour in the midst of the viewfinder, and after taking just a few frames and checking the display screen behind the digital camera, I noticed the one particular person within the body, a shirtless man who created the picture.
Used Gear
The picture was taken with a Canon R3 with a Canon 100-400mm IS2 lens at 400mm.
