I do know they’re within the strategy of changing the streetlights downtown. However just a few lights have been modified on First Avenue, and that was out of necessity.
What occurred to the decorations? “Did they grin?” Or “Scrooged?” Did the Miser Brothers take them?
No less than the lights on Robbins Island have been stunning. And anybody who activates their very own lights. With out them, this might be a darkish Christmas for Willmar.
