Are these claims and the opposite 5 claims within the video true?

Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil denied the allegation in a publish on his official Fb account on Sunday, January 1, saying that every one the claims within the video had been false.
He added that the general public ought to examine the validity of such information and, if the information seems to be unfounded, instantly submit a report back to the social media service and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Fee.
