Police stated the next streets shall be declared Emergency No Parking between 9:30am and seven:00pm on Wednesday:

- Structure Avenue between 18th Road and 14th Road Northwest
- fifteenth Road Northwest, between F Road and Structure Road
The next streets shall be closed from roughly 13:00 to 19:00:
- seventeenth Road Southwest between Pennsylvania Avenue and Independence Avenue
- C Road Northwest between seventeenth and 18th Streets
- D Road Northwest between seventeenth Road and 18th Road
- E Road Northwest between seventeenth Road and 18th Road
- F Road Northwest between seventeenth Road and 18th Road
- G Road Northwest between seventeenth Road and 18th Road
- New York Avenue Northwest between seventeenth Road and 18th Road
- Structure Avenue between 18th Road and 14th Road Northwest
- fifteenth Road Southwest between F Road and Independence Avenue
- Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest, between 14th Road and fifteenth Road
